Le Moulin des Foulons est un domaine avec son île privée, 1.8 hectare de terrain qui accueille 2 gites de 6-8 personnes 1 love room avec spa et sauna 2 suite parentales pour 4 et 5 personnes et une salle de réception pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 80 personnes Proche de Tours, des châteaux de Chenonceau, Chambord, Amboise, le clos Lucé et du Zoo de Beauval Nous sommes dans un endroit calme et paisible. GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS Article 1: This contract of seasonal hiring is reserved for the exclusive use of the hiring of the lodgings and rooms of hosts. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the tenant. The state of cleanliness of the lodging on the arrival of the tenant must be noted in the inventory. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before his departure.
